Villa Rental Javea is a website for property owners in and around Javea wishing to advertise their Spanish property for rental. Simply send us details of your rental property you wish to advertise and we'll do the rest.

What information we require?

To advertise your property you can include 6 photographs and as much text as you like. Each property page will have a direct link to your email address and website, so that you can liase directly with any potential customers.

To advertise your property on villa rental javea please send us the following information:

- The property owners contact details
- Full details of the rental property
- A brief description of the area, how close to the beach, shops, airports etc
- How many bedrooms it has.

Send us full details of your property rental in Word document format. This will allow us to cut & paste directly into your web page. The description you supply will be used on your Spanish property rental page listing.

How much does it cost?

The initial set up fee is 75.00 euros for this you get your very own property web page. Your property listing will be for 1 year. Subsequent years are charged at 50.00 per annum that's less than 1.00 euro a week. When your property listing is due for renewal we shall send you a reminder to the email address provided.
